Maydelene (Nagoya University)

Writer's picture: SSAJ ExcoSSAJ Exco

Hello! I am Maydelene, currently a first-year Master's student in Nagoya University's Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences. I completed my bachelors under the G30 programme in the same university, and so I have already been living in Nagoya for the past five years. My extracurricular schedule is super packed since I am currently an active member of an international student group and a dance circle, and also working part-time (at a Singaporean restaurant!), but I really enjoy the sense of fulfilment from being busy. I chose to study in Japan to try living abroad independently and further improve my Japanese skills (I studied it as a third language at MOELC), and I would definitely choose to do so if I had the choice again.
